Key Support form H.C. Strarck to Bayer Soccer Team, the Champion in Farang League 2002
Bayer Soccer Team, played with a combined force of players from H.C. Starck and Bayer Thai, was the first Champion of Farang League season 2001-2002 in the second participation of this league.
One of the major contributions to their successful achievement came from H.C. Starck (Thailand) who supported their 3 key players for most of the matches. (Khun Ratti Lairakmee – Chem. Plant/Khun Pakdee Intasorm – Met.Plant players in forwarder and Khun Anan Boonkong – Met. Plant, center-back)
On 28 June 2002, the Soccer Team of H.C Starck joined the Thank You Party and celebrated the Championship organized by Bayer Soccer Team at Dairy Queen Seafood – Bangkok.
Farang League was founded by foreigners who have come to work in Bangkok – Thailand and have set up every year a season for their yearly soccer competition. For this year, the competition started in February 2002 and lasted until the end of June 2002 with participation from 10 teams : Siemens, Cosmos, Phillips, Japanese All Stars, British Chamber and French Technip etc.
