MoU Signing Ceremony for “Tree Planting at Donpru” project

Suphan Buri – Dr. Harald Printz, Head of Bayer CropScience, and Surin Gladpech, Chief Executive of Sub-district Administration Organization of Donpru District, jointly signed the Memorandum of Understanding on the three-year cooperation project - “Tree Planting at Donpru” on October, 7. The ceremony was held at Sub-district Administration Organization of Donpru District Office, Suphan Buri.

Starting from 2009 to 2011, “Tree Planting at Donpru” project - initiated by Bayer Thai - is aimed to help expand a greenery and natural area at Donpru Distric and to raise locals’ awareness in environmental protection by participating in the planting activity on Thai Environment Day (December 4). Five-hundred saplings will be planted along five-kilometer irrigation canal No. 1 from Donpru market to Samyak bridge.

This activity will also provide Bayer Thai employees an opportunity to show their synergy and commitment to the environmental conservation. An invitation will be launched later and we are looking forward to receiving your support and enjoying the activity together.
